The ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue: Sugarwood Meadow 2236 Seawall Brook Road Bethel, VT 05032 Please follow the signs. The ceremony will take place at 1 p.m. The reception will be immediately after the ceremony.

You can get all gussied up or dress casually, whatever way you are most comfortable. The ground can be uneven and soft, so we recommend that the gals do not wear stilettos.

There will be some refreshments available e.g., bottled water, soda, but we are asking that you bring an alcoholic beverage to share. We will also have lite snacks immediately after ceremony. No meal choices required as we are serving buffet style: a pig roast and chicken, various salads, rolls, butter, and pie and cupcakes for dessert. Itinerary for the day: 1 p.m. Ceremony with photo session to follow 2:30 p.m. Walk-in introductions of wedding party then Mr. & Mrs 2:45 p.m. 1st Dance Wedding Party Dance Father-Daughter Dance Son-Mother Dance Stepdad-Daughter Dance Mother-Daughter Dance 3:30 p.m. Dinner 4:30 p.m. Matron of Honor and Best Man speeches 4:40 p.m. Bouquet Presentation 5:00 p.m. Garter and Bouquet toss followed by Cake Cutting, then Dollar Dance. Then.....PARTY ON!!!!!!!

Travel

You are welcome to tent or bring your camper to the venue, come spend the weekend with us. If doing so can you please let us know so we can plan accordingly on space and such. Your presence is a gift in itself but if your feeling particularly generous we would love a contribution of whatever amount you choose to put towards our honeymoon. And as most of you know we love to be outdoors, taking adventures, farming, gardening, hunting and spending time together as a family. Once again, though your presence is gift enough for us and can't wait to celebrate our big day with you all!
