Camp Williams State Military Reservation 17800 S Redwood Rd, Lehi, UT 84045 (Please see map below for further direction to the Officers Club) When you enter the base you will need to state that you are there for the LeSueur and Timm reception at the Officer’s Club. You will be asked to present your government ID if you are above 16. Since this is a Military base please be respectful and responsible. *IMPORTANT* You are not permitted to bring firearms, alcohol, or any illicit substances (including marijuana) onto the base. Additionally, pets of guests are not permitted.

Due to the security level of the base, please RSVP at least two weeks before the wedding via the form if you are a US Citizen. For those of you who are citizens of other countries, please reach out as soon as possible. The base requires your information at least 30 days before the event in order to be permitted on the base.

We are grateful for but are not in need of physical gifts. However, we will be hosting a silent auction. Here’s how it works: • Want to Donate an Item? Do you have something awesome you’d like to contribute to the auction? Handmade items, gift baskets, artwork, experiences, or services are all welcome! You’ll find all kinds of treasures—and every winning bid goes directly to the bride and groom to help them start their next chapter. • Prefer to Gift Directly? For those who feel inclined, Venmo donations will also be accepted and appreciated. Details will be available at the event.

We would love for you to join us in celebrating with a touch of Middle-earth magic! Embrace your inner Hobbit or Lord of the Rings character with festive attire. We kindly ask that you leave jeans behind for this special occasion. Children are welcome to join the celebration; however, please note that childcare will not be provided on-site. As the venue is a historical building, we kindly ask that parents supervise their little ones and take responsibility for any damages. Due to capacity restrictions at the Officer’s Club, we are only inviting long term partners or spouses.

A grazing table and mocktails will be served. Allergy information can be provided if needed, dishes will not be labeled at the party. Come and enjoy food, company, and celebrate Matthew and Racheal!
