I wanted to meet new people and potentially find a hiking buddy so I posted a message online. My post was titled Just Sayin'. I was very adamant that I just wanted a friend and hiking buddy. We met after Thomas sent me an email introducing himself. The funny thing is, I deleted the email without reading it. A couple days later, I was going through my deleted emails and saw his again.....on a whim, I sent him an email back. We exchanged numbers and he sent me a text....."Heather", and I responded guilty. It was weeks before I would actually get the courage to meet Thomas in person. We met at the Hot Seat and I spotted him before he spotted me......I sent him a text....."I see you". Thomas had me with his smile and hello. The rest my friends is history.....
