Jake and I actually met on a dating app called Hinge-truly love at first swipe, ha! My friends had talked me into downloading it and one day I found myself searching for it on the app store. After a few swipes, Jake’s picture popped up…I thought he was such a cutie! I liked his picture and kept on swiping. A day later I went to Hawaii for a family vacation and while I was there I got a notification that Jake and I had finally matched! We started messaging back and forth and next thing I knew I was counting down the days till I could leave the beach and fly back home to the texas heat! (I mean if a boy makes you wanna leave hawaii, its gotta be love right?!) I told all my friends I was going to marry him before we ever went on date #1. We finally went on our first date and bonded over margs and queso. At the end of the night we both could not believe how effortless the evening had gone. We both knew very early on that this was going to be something special, and boy has it been! Everyday since then, has been a whirlwind of complete and pure bliss.
