It all started at our college campus. Both us of had noticed one another around the way but didn't have the guts to go up to each other. That was until one of our mutual friends (that we didn't know we both knew) got us together, unintentionally. We entertained the fact that we finally had met, but decided to just be friends. Until a few months later, we crossed paths again & the rest is history...

What most thought was just a 3rd birthday celebration for our daughter, was really a surprise proposal. Surrounded by many of our loved ones while singing Happy Birthday, Devan decided it was "time." Now everyone knows I have been waiting for this moment FOREVER! So when it actually happened, my reaction was not how I envisioned and everyone was sure to catch it on camera. Never the less, it was perfect (ugly cry) and all. WE WERE ENGAGED!
