We met in 2008(our 8th grade year in grade school), through a mutual friend on MySpace. MySpace?! Really?! Yes, MySpace! Michael lived in Princeton, TX & I (Shelby) lived in Celina, TX. I can't remember who added who first, or when the first time we ever hungout. But I do remember Michael and his friends coming over to my house a few times to hangout. We had that grade school "love" thing going. Which didn't last long. Michael swore he would NEVER date me again. We stayed friends all through high school and partied a few times together. I do remember, when we reconnected 7 years ago. Michael invited me over to the shop for a party, on February 8th, 2013. He tried to shake me but he couldn't. We never really asked each other to be boyfriend and girlfriend but here we are 7 years later getting married! I couldn't imagine going through life without Michael by my side. We have had a long journey the last 7 years with many memories, and many new friends. But we both can't wait to begin this next chapter of our lives together. LET'S GET MARRIED!

Michael and I picked the ring out together one random weekend. He then picked the ring up on his own and didn't tell me when or where he would proposal. But I told him he had to do it the right way. On 02.14.2017 Michael got down on one knee in our driveway with shaking knees and a weak voice, he asked me to be his forever. Can't forget the sign he made for Rylynn to hold, "Will You Marry My Daddy?" He couldn't have been any more romantic. Of course, I said yes. We then went to dinner with Collin&Nichole Shelby, Makayla&Savon, and our little girls(Rylynn and Bailey). It was a day to remember.
