We met at skyline chili, we were coworkers so we didn't think much of it. As time went by we became friends and started to hang out outside of work. Eventually he asked me out by writing on a piece of paper and giving it to me at work. Later a mutual friend of ours told me that he said " I'm going to marry that girl". Looks like he got his wish.

October is my favorite time of the year, so Nick took me to do all of my favorite things. We went to a movie, then took a long walk in the park, and then to dinner. It was the perfect day, when we got home and I opened the door to our apartment there were lights and candles everywhere, Champaign, balloons and rose pedals all over the living room, and when I turned around he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. The perfect ending to the perfect day.
