Micky and Erica met in college; it was Erica's freshman year and Micky's sophomore year. After a few months of just being "friends" Micky won Erica over and they decided to make it official. Fast forward 10 years, they have had countless memories, celebrations, and trips around the world. After quite a long time of everyone, and that means literally everyone - including strangers, family, friends, and parents of friends asking Micky when he was going to propose, Micky crafted a plan that he knew would shock everyone. While at a pajama party on New Year's Eve, Micky pulled his friends into a room and pulled a ring out of his pocket. He shared that the plan was to propose as the ball dropped. Meanwhile, Erica was sitting on the couch in deep conversation with the girls. Micky kept trying to get Erica to stand up as the countdown started, but naturally Erica was more interested in talking. The ball dropped, Micky got down on one knee in front of everyone (for anyone who knows Micky, this is NOT his style), asked Erica to marry him and Erica said.... Are you serious, Is this a joke?! Erica was in shock to see Micky holding an actual ring, since in true Micky fashion, he has proposed to Erica with a ring pop multiple times before.
