Max and Logan met as classmates in middle school. Mutual friends pushed Max to ask Logan to the 8th grade formal dance. After that, they were close friends all throughout high school until they started dating their senior year of high school.

On Logan and Max's 6 year anniversary, Max popped the question! Using cards with images of milestones and memories from over the years together, Max created a walkable timeline of their relationship throughout their new house. As soon as Logan opened the door to the house, music ("Marry Me" by Train) started playing. At the end of the timeline was a card that said "2/21/21, the day I ask you to marry me" and there Max was down on one knee.
