Before the fiancé fairytale, these two lovebirds actually didn't like one another....or so they thought. Both having been in Atlanta since 2009, they had many mutual friends and had known about each other for years prior and Josh even had turned down a date with Jessica back in 2013. But as they say, timing is everything. Fast forward a few years and Jessica moved across town and opened a gym by Josh's condo, to which sparked interest in him to reach out to her in the infamous "Down in the DM" Instagram text asking her to hang out. She cautiously invited him to join for an Incubus concert instead, and to her surprise, he did. After an easy night of fun and laughter, they continued the date the next day walking all around the belt-line getting to know one another and continuing to break the mold of what each of our perceptions of each other used to be. They continued to hangout intentionally the next week, then Josh had a trip to Italy planned. Unexpectedly, he still continued to call and keep up and within days Jessica jumped on a flight to join him in Europe --because "why not." A few days later, they visited the famous Trevi Fountain in Italy, and Jessica tossed in a coin and secretly made a wish that God had finally brought her husband. 10 months later, that wish came true with a dreamy proposal in Paris.
