Our Story began in 1998 when Heather’s parents bought their first funeral home, in Bordentown, NJ, two doors down from the Schino Residence! Their mothers used to kid around and say, ‘let’s just set up an arranged marriage, now!’ Fast forward to the summer after their High School graduation in May of 2008, Vincent and Heather saw each other at an accepted student’s day open house at Susquehanna University. Turns out, they were both attending in Fall, and would both be in the same Freshman dorm and Business school! A few weeks later, their college romance began. They dated for 3 years and traveled all over the world together – Belize, London, Wales, Ireland, Prague, Amsterdam, Paris, Costa Rica, Florence, Rome…to name a few! It was a mature college relationship filled with lot's of love, adventure, and tough times as Heather’s father passed away sophomore year of college. After college, Vincent would move to Hoboken and Heather moved to Manhattan. Each dated other people while keeping in contact. There had been countless dates over that 10-year period that most did not know about! They also secretly kept in contact with each other’s families! In May 2020, Vincent and Heather would find their way back to each other. In a pandemic, nonetheless!!! They spent a beautiful summer in LBI getting to know each other again in their 30s! In August of 2020, Heather and Tucker moved in with Vincent and Nick in one of their Bordentown, NJ apartments! February 6th, 2021 was an extremely memorable day as that is when Vincent asked Heather to marry him on the beach in Long Beach Island, NJ where they have spent countless summer nights together. We CANNOT wait to add more to Our Love Story!
