Doyle and Heather actually met in third grade at Winding Creek Elementary in Moore, Oklahoma. They grew up just around the corner from one another but as time went on the close friendship they shared drifted as they went on to hang out in different crowds. They would occasionally talk, but not as close until one night... Heather went out to "Sooner Corral" with her little brother one weekend evening. Suddenly she looks up to see Doyle sitting on the table she was sitting at talking to her brother, Mathew. He asked Mathew how he knew me and to his surprise Mathew replied Heather was his big sister. They instantly picked up conversation and its never stopped since that night.
