Flashback to April 18, 2003....Derek is a good friend and former teammate of Christopher's from the high school baseball team, and his sister Kara is getting married. She had a good friend in her wedding party, and her name was Amanda. We first met at the church for Kara's wedding, and then at the reception following. Years of keeping in touch from Los Angeles to Dallas ensued, and we were always very close. Fast forward to 2020 and after not seeing each other for years, we reconnected on July 4th.
