Due to venue restrictions, we are hosting an adults-only wedding, except for children who are part of the wedding party. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Yes! We’ve arranged discounted rates at Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence, located at 7915 US Highway 42 Florence, KY 41042. Please make your reservations by Monday, March 3, 2025 to receive your group rate.

Are there any rules about smoking at the wedding?
Answer
Please note that due to the venue's location, this is a non-smoking event in most areas. However, designated outdoor smoking areas will be available for guests who wish to smoke. We kindly ask that you use these areas and respect the venue's policies. Thank you for your understanding!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony is outdoors, please be prepared for weather conditions. We will have a backup plan in case of inclement weather. The reception will be indoors with an outdoor patio.

What time will the wedding end?

We expect the reception to end around 11PM, followed by a grand send-off. Please feel free to stay and enjoy the party!

We understand that life happens! Please let us know as soon as possible if you can't attend so we can adjust our plans accordingly.

Yes! We’ll have a fully stocked bar with a variety of drinks available. If you have a special drink request, let us know ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes! After the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour where you can enjoy drinks and appetizers while we take photos and prepare for the reception.
