We recommend staying at the resort, which offers both single rooms and multi-bedroom villas. Availability is limited and rooms tend to fill quickly, so we suggest booking as soon as possible. The villas are a great option to split with another family they feature 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Please note that only registered hotel guests will have access to the pool and resort amenities during the weekend. We encourage everyone to arrive on Thursday and spend the weekend with us this will be a family-only wedding, and we’re excited to have that time together! The hotel also offers Florida resident and senior discounts.

FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re going for a coastal formal vibe think light, airy, and elevated. Flowy dresses, soft colors, and breathable fabrics are perfect sage green, soft blue, champagne, pink, warm neutrals, and subtle floral tones. For men, lightweight suits or dress pants with a button-down are great. Jackets are optional, and ties are not required. We kindly suggest avoiding darker, heavy attire to keep with the beachy setting.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We’re keeping the weekend relaxed and centered around spending time together. From Thursday through Sunday, we’ll be enjoying family time by the pool, at the beach, and around the resort. The resort also offers plenty to do if you’re feeling active kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, and other water activities, along with beautiful spots to relax and take in the views. There are no formal events planned outside of the wedding, but we’d love for everyone to hang out, unwind, and make a full weekend out of it with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No—due to the limited number of guests allowed at the venue, only those who are invited may attend. However, you’re welcome to bring a plus one to the resort.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes—but we will be providing transportation to and from the reception.
