Hi, my name is Laura Titchenell. I am a wife and busy mom of 3 school aged children. We spend our weekends busy on the soccer field or volleyball courts. I enjoy hiking, reading, working out, traveling and spending quality time with my friends and family. I have worked with Phyllis in the public health department for a couple of years and having been through the ups and downs of life. I am honored to be included in Michael and Phyllis’s special day and can’t wait to celebrate with them!

I am a retired botanist and live in a pre-Civil War farmhouse in eastern Virginia. I worked for 30 years as an agricultural seed inspector, and then after retirement my side hustle was inspecting crop fields part-time for 14 more years. I'm also a musician and had the privilege of playing keyboards in church for over 40 years. Some of my interests are hiking through the woods and observing the natural botanical world, boating in tidal rivers near the Chesapeake Bay, facilitating or participating in small groups at church, and caring for my old farmhouse and the surrounding property. I enjoyed getting to know Mike as a participant in one of my small groups!

Aaron is a Marine, as in “once a Marine, always a Marine”. Having served in 3rd Battalion (infantry), 2nd Marines Expeditionary Force in Jordan, Djibouti, Dubai, and other Middle Eastern countries, he has proven that he is ready for anything, even being my groomsman! He now recruits technical sales reps for Memory Blue and created and maintains his own YouTube sight as “Big Country”. It is very entertaining and educational, to say the least (search “big country tech” in YouTube). Aaron is a most affable and engaging young man as you will see when you meet him. A graduate from James Madison University with a degree in music technology, he plays classical guitar, bass guitar, and an eight-string electric guitar.

Well hi there, I’m Carl S. Vaughan, EdD. I have my Educational Doctorate that I acquired from Virginia Tech University in 2008. More importantly, I am all about Jesus Christ first. Secondly, there is no person, place or thing that supersedes my love for family: Coleen my loving wife of 41 years, Josh & Israel (sons), Amber (daughter-in-law) and my 3 grandchildren (Levi, Caleb & Kendall). Lastly, I stand firm with unwavering faith in my God-given ministry and vision of blessing mankind in all areas of life. In this ministry, I am passionate about encouraging persons to steadfastly operate in the HU6 (pronounced Hue 6) Principle. Affectionately known as Ma Emma by Phyllis. I am her mom of choice and I am honored by this title. I met Phyllis at Christ Fellowship Church where I am a founding member. I had the pleasure of teaching her, Basic Christian Principles. I have served in the nursery, prison, food bank, and the sick and shut in ministries. I love serving The Lord through His people.

My name is Rudolph Valentino Wiggins, Rudy to my friends and acquaintances and Papa Rudy to Phyllis. I have a Ph.D in education, and committed my life to teaching young people and in research. I am one of the founders of Christ Fellowship Church. I currently teaches Gods word through the study of the Bible and in Praise and worship. Photography is a hobby of mines, I believe it’s a gift from God. It enables me to see, and by His grace, capture images of plants, flowers, and small creatures in a manner that reveals the beauty and majesty of His creations. Loving God with all my heart, mind, soul and strength and my neighbor as I do myself with joy and gladness is my daily goal. The Lord guiding, I found the love of my life, a beautiful, God-fearing woman, full of wisdom, joy and grace! Jesus Christ is my Lord and Phyllis will be my queen. Hallelujah! A former nuclear trained submariner, I have mostly always done work that I enjoy. Now I help build data centers on construction sites performing quality control on instruments and controls. Studying the Bible is most enjoyable and rewarding, especially in these times. I like to watch the Redskins when they are winning and the Cowboys when they are losing.
