The ceremony will begin at 3pm. If you're making your own way to the venue, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to get settled and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere.

Yes, the dress code is 'cocktail attire'. No need to bust out the ball gowns or tuxedos, but please, no flip-flops or trackies either. Feel free to dress stylishly and comfortably, but please keep in mind the venue’s mixed flooring (gravel, grass, and paving) – we recommend avoiding stilettos for ease of movement.
Yes! We’ll have a large Jason-style charcuterie board for cocktail hour, followed by a food truck serving substantial portions for dinner, plus a little sweet treat at the end of the night. There will also be plenty of beer, wine, cider, soft drinks ... and Aperol Spritz - duh!
If you have any dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, etc.), please make sure to note them when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
We kindly ask that you leave the photography to our expensive professionals during the ceremony - while we’re sure your iPhone shots are great, they’re just not quite as good as the pros we’ve hired! But feel free to snap away during the reception.
We're calling it a boujee festival! We’re keeping things fun and relaxed with food trucks, a live band followed by a DJ, and casual seating paired with you all dressed to impress in cocktail attire.
No, this is an 18+ event.
We’ve arranged a party bus to take guests from Crown Perth to Mundaring. The bus will depart Crown at 2:00 PM, arriving in Mundaring just before 3:00 PM. It will leave Mundaring at midnight and return to Crown by 1:00 AM. Limited spots are available on the bus. If you’d like to reserve a spot on the shuttle, please mention it in your RSVP or reach out to Phoebe or Jason. For those driving or using other transportation, there’s plenty of parking at the venue, and rideshares (Uber, Didi etc.) are also available.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you’d like to spoil us a little extra, we’re happily accepting donations to our honeymoon fund. We’ll be living our best lives in Japan at the end of the year, and any contribution to that adventure would be truly appreciated!
