Just about eight years ago our love story began. We are high school sweethearts. Pete reached out to me after spotting me at a sporting event where he was working at the school store. It turned out we were both a part of our school's DECA or marketing program. We began seeing each other and talking more over the next few months. As we got closer we knew we had something very special. We both hold our families very near and dear to our hearts. So, when we saw ours blend so perfectly, we knew it was a done deal. We stood by each other through the remainder of high school, college, new career paths, and some ups and downs. In June of 2024, Pete surprised me on an annual family trip to Saugatuck, Michigan. This year was supposed to be his first trip he missed since we had been together but little did I know he wouldn't miss it for the world. He asked me to marry him before my family on the beach. We are so excited to start the rest of our lives together. We are so looking forward to celebrating with all of the people we love on July 19, 2025!
