Friday, September 18th 4:00 PM – Check-in 5:00 PM – Immediate family and wedding party gathering 7:00 PM – Dessert in the main lodge for all wedding guests Saturday, September 19th 7:00–10:00 AM – Breakfast in the lodge 10:00 AM – Yoga 10:00 AM – Group hike 12:00 PM – Fishing 12:00 PM – Lawn Games 12:00 PM – Social hour 4:00 PM – Guests gather for the wedding 4:30 PM – Wedding ceremony 5:00 PM – Cocktails & appetizers 6:00 PM – Wedding reception, celebration, and dinner 9:00 PM– Join us as we send off the bride and groom Sunday, September 20th 7:00–10:00 AM – Breakfast in the lodge 11:00 AM – Checkout Dress Code: Casual & comfortable for daytime ranch activities, but plan to layer — September days can be mild and evenings (especially after sunset) chilly. Dressy & festive attire is recommended for the wedding ceremony and evening reception (cocktail attire, dresses, or dressy pants/shirts). Pack for both comfort and celebration!

We’re planning a full wedding weekend and would absolutely love for all of our guests to stay on-site with us at the Ranch in Victor, Idaho. It’s going to be more than just a wedding — think two days of celebrating, relaxing, and spending time together. When you RSVP, please let us know who can attend and if you’d like to stay on the property. Once we receive your RSVP, we’ll personally reach out with your accommodation details and payment information, along with everything you’ll need to know for the weekend. Because space on the property is limited, we kindly ask that you RSVP by May 10th so we can make sure everyone is taken care of on or off-site. We’re hoping it feels more like a mini getaway than just a wedding — and we’d love to share it with you!
