We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to settle in and enjoy the pre-wedding excitement. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 p.m.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue! For your convenience, if you have any mobility issues or would prefer assistance, the golf carts will be ready to take you directly to the ceremony area. We want to make sure everyone can enjoy the celebration comfortably!

While we unfortunately aren’t able to provide transportation for all guests, we want to make your travel as smooth as possible. Rental cars are the most convenient option. We also recommend carpooling with other guests to make travel more fun! Please note that Uber and Lyft can be difficult to use in this area, so we recommend considering alternative transportation. If you need any assistance or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!

What will the weather be like?

In August, the weather in Pine, Colorado is typically warm during the afternoon, with daytime temperatures averaging around mid 70's-80's. However, the evenings can cool down, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for when the sun sets. There’s always a chance of a quick, refreshing afternoon shower, so we suggest checking the forecast closer to the date for any updates. We can’t wait to celebrate with you, rain or shine!

We’re excited to offer a delicious buffet-style dinner with a wide variety of options to please every palate! To kick things off, we’ll have a selection of both cold and warm appetizers during the cocktail hour, including tasty bites like ahi tuna sashimi wontons with wasabi cream, a variety of domestic & imported cheeses, and more. For salads, guests can enjoy an array of fresh assorted salads. As for the main course, we’ll have a meat carving station featuring succulent cuts of prime rib, as well as perfectly prepared chicken. There will also be a pescatarian option available: the oven roasted salmon with tarragon butter sauce, so everyone can find something to enjoy. To complement your meal, we’ll serve a variety of flavorful sides, such as garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables, and fresh bread and butter. The open bar will be fully stocked with beer, wine, and a range of cocktails, including our specialty drinks, the Paloma and Ranch Water. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us ahead of time—we’ll be happy to make accommodations to ensure you enjoy the meal!

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present in the moment. We’ve hired two professional photographers to capture all the special memories, and we’ll be happy to share those with you afterward. Additionally, we ask that you please put your phones on silent to ensure there are no distractions during the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding!
