Where should we stay if we we want to be closer?

Answer

Sadly, there isn’t a lot of hotels close by. There is much more availability of places to stay close by on Airbnb!

Where should we park if it’s at a house?

Answer

Unfortunately, parking at the house will not be available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. To make things easier, we kindly suggest using Uber or Lyft from where you are staying. Another option is to park at the Holden Beach public beach access (free after 5:00 p.m.) and arrange for an Uber or Lyft from there. The beach access is about 12 minutes from the house, so please allow a little extra travel time.

What should I wear?

Answer

The colors of the wedding are dusty pink, light pink, cream- accented by gold and lots of pampas! Dress expectation is elevated beach casual/elegance. Would love if you wore pink, yellow, navy or beautiful floral pattern with lighter colors to really fit beautifully with theme but not required of course!

When should I be in my seat for the ceremony?

Answer

Please be in your seat absolutely NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. So by 4:45 (starts promptly at 5:00 so we can get the night moving!) The wedding ceremony is ON the beach. There is a long dock that will take you out to the ceremony on the beach. The wedding party will be lining up 5-10 minutes before we start at 5:00 so everyone needs to be in their seats because this is a shared entry point.

Where will the bathroom be?

Answer

The bathroom for wedding guest to use will be on the first floor of the house. Walk past the kitchen, past the hallway and it is the next door on the right. There will be signage to help with this!
