City Grocery will probably always be our favorite bar. It has a great atmosphere, music, drinks, and even better food downstairs. Be sure to order a pimm's cup and grab a spot on the balcony for us!
We went here on our first date and never looked back! We highly recommend checking out Leo for brunch or dinner. Nothing in NYC comes close to St. Leo’s famous chopped salad.
While City Grocery and St. Leo are amazing, Volta has some of our favorite food in Oxford. Nothing's better than a frozen mojito and a Bruce Lee wrap on the Volta patio.
Visit Rowan Oak, the former home of William Faulkner. No reservations needed, just bring cash for admission. We also recommend the scenic Bailey Woods Trail hike from Rowan Oak to campus after your tour.
If you’ve never strolled through our beautiful campus, it’s a must‑do while you’re in Oxford. From the Grove to Vaught‑Hemingway Stadium, the Student Union, and even the Brutalist Lamar Hall, every stop is worth the walk. Bonus points if you manage to find Logan’s Brick along the way!
The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Isom Place, with the ceremony held in front of the house.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, followed immediately by cocktail hour at the back of the house. Dinner will be served around 6:00 PM.
The wedding will be primarily outdoors, with indoor spaces available as needed.
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
While we will not be offering formal transportation, parking is easily accessible. The ceremony and reception are directly across the street from a parking garage, and parking is free past the first level.
We kindly ask that our ceremony be a phone‑free moment so everyone can be fully present. We can’t wait to celebrate and welcome photos during the reception!
