We met on OkCupid, a relic in today's endless online dating platforms. Josh was impressed by my writing skills, as I spent more time on my dating profile than on the research papers I was supposed to complete in college. After two weeks of talking, our first date was at Dave & Buster's, a restaurant and arcade. The standard small talk over dinner ended with Josh winning the infamous round of Connect 4. It's a win he will continue to mention, but I can't blame him. He doesn't have many. However, as the tagline mentions, I may have lost Connect 4, but I won something much greater—Josh's love, kindness, and heart.
