We're so excited that you RSVP'd Yes! Please keep in mind that the coast this time of year tends to run on the cool and rainy side. Don't forget to dress warm. We are still working on our timeline and will update you as we finalize things.

Rogue Valley International Medford Airport
We recommend flying into Medford, it is a little bit more expensive. You can also fly into Portland or Eugene, but is about a 5 hour drive from Portland and 3 hours from Eugene to Ashland. The drive to Newport is 3.5 hours from Ashland/Portland and 1.5 hours from Eugene. We recommend staying in Florence the night before, driving to Heceta Head for our ceremony and then staying overnight in New Port after our reception, this is the larger town next to Toledo. You could also stay in New Port for a couple of nights if you wish.

Lithia Park is GORGEOUS during the fall. Go for a nice quiet stroll through the park, see the Japanese Gardens and explore around the plaza afterward.

You have to experience Oregon wine, this is one of our favorite wineries. The views are gorgeous and we love their charcuterie boards.

This is a great way to kill an afternoon, there are several rental companies to get a quad or sidebyside for a few hours.

When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you respond by August 1st.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! We are working closely with our caterer to ensure that everyone can be included. We would ask that requests be limited to legitimate allergies versus preference.
