Getting To Montana

Flight

Kalispell, MT (FCA-Glacier Park Intl.)

If you're going to fly this is the airport closest to the Ranch. Uber and Lyft are available at the airport, but they can have long wait times. Many Hotels have shuttles available if you pre-arrange them.

Train

Amtrak

Amtrak has a train from Seattle to Whitefish for a scenic travel option.

Rental Car

Variety of Rental Car options

Hertz, Enterprise, Budget, Dollar, Avis and Alamo all have rental kiosks at Glacier Park Intl. Airport. Turo (Airbnb for cars) is also available.

Grab a Cab

Grab a Cab offers pre-arranged taxi services. Their number is 406-609-7272. You can call or text for a ride but they recommend texting. They also do airport transportation! It will cost around $115 for a taxi for 4 to the wedding venue from Whitefish. I would recommend calling ahead to schedule a ride and to see if the taxi home needs to pre-arranged or if they can be flexible.

Uber does work is Whitefish if you need a way to get around town, but would likely be very expensive and hard to get a ride to the wedding. It would also not be a good option to get home from the Wedding.

Getting To The Venue

Shuttle

Shuttle Bus from Best Western Mountain Lodge in Whitefish to Ranch

September 20, 2025 1:30 pm

A Bus will be leaving Whitefish and headed to the Ranch at 1:30PM. This Bus has 48 seats and requires an RSVP. This will only be for those who RSVP'd for the Bus. The Bus will have two return trips, one at 9:00pm and one at 11:00pm. To RSVP for the Shuttle Please text Sarah at 206-660-5303
