We wish we could say we met somewhere cool, like on an airplane flying across the country, or hiking Mt Everest, but the truth is we met online like so many people do these days. Neither of us thought we would meet our other half scrolling through an app. In fact, Ryan climbed Machu Picchu before Jessica agreed to a first date with a guy from online. But from the moment they met for their first date, Jessica couldn't shake the feeling that maybe her other half was standing in front of her. Ryan asked Jessica to be his girlfriend a month later in front of the city skyline and it was the second easiest yes Jessica had ever said. They've spent the last three and a half years sharing stories, movies, books, and their lives with one another. Then one day in July Ryan asked Jessica to be his wife in front of the very lake Jessica sat years prior writing poems about the future she hoped to have one day. That was the first easiest yes she had ever said.
