The venue opens at 3:30, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. Champagne and sparkling juice will be waiting for you at the venue :) Please note that traffic on Saturdays to this neighborhood is typically very heavy, so we encourage you to leave extra time.
Yes! The venue has plenty of parking space for anyone who would like to drive.
We encourage formal attire - suit and tie for men, and an elevated cocktail or floor length dress for women. The bride loves color - so the brighter the dress, the better :)
If you are staying at the Thompson Hyatt in our hotel block, YES! There will be one large shuttle leaving promptly at 3:00pm, and two smaller shuttles at the end of the night, staggered by approximately 20-30 minutes. If you are not staying in our hotel block, Uber and Lyft are available, and there is on-site parking.
Yes! The bride, groom and wedding party will be gathered in the Atrium at Tavern on Rush Friday night starting at 8:30 for a welcome party. Please come and share a drink with the couple before the big day!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We hired professionals to capture this moment for us. After the ceremony, take as many photos and videos as you would like, and please share them with the bride and groom afterwards!

Both the ceremony and reception are indoors; however, weather permitting, we will open the garage doors to the front patio for cocktail hour.
Absolutely! Our caterer is prepared with several gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options already. If your restrictions fall outside those listed above, please let us know so we can be sure you are well fed :)
While we absolutely love kids (and especially all of yours!) we will be having an adults only wedding. We appreciate your understanding.
