Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Nope! The ceremony and reception will be held at separate locations. Our ceremony will take place at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church that is one block over from the venue. Both are about a 10-minute drive from the hotel. There will be a traditional "Catholic gap" between the ceremony and reception, so we recommend attending the ceremony first and then head to the hotel to check-in and relax before the reception begins. Please note that hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service provided to make things easy for our guests. Please note that there will be no shuttle to or from the church. Shuttles will transport guests from the hotel to the reception and back to the hotel at the end of the night. For those who plan to keep the celebration going at the after party, a shuttle will also be available to bring guests back to the hotel once the after party concludes. The after party is a 5 minute walk from the reception venue. Shuttle services will not be provided to the after party. Shuttle times are TBD.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available at both locations. The church has its own parking lot for guests. The reception venue has a parking garage attached for convenient access. Additionally, street parking is available near both church and the venue for those who prefer that option.

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.

Children are not welcome at the reception.

Unfortunately, Felina (the cat, not the venue) will not be gracing us with her presence. She reviewed the guest list, noticed she wasn’t the center of attention, and promptly RSVP’d “no” :(
