Golf Attire
Scramble or Best Ball Golf Outing! We will play a format that compliments groups with golfers of all ability! Beginners are more than welcome!! We have 30 spots available and will get more if needed! The RSVPs include a place to share if you will or will not be playing golf. All we ask is that you fill out the RSVP and we will coordinate the groups and play format with that information.

Catering barbeque at our rented beach house. Have fun with dressing up or down in Hilton Head inspired beachy casual cocktail attire. Have fun with it!

12:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Time to hang by the pool and beach! Really whatever people want to do they should do! We will be either at the pool at the house or down on the beach using the access through the rented house.
House Or Rental
Main gathering place throughout the week/weekend. For example, this is the location for our rehearsal dinner. It is on the beach, comes with a pool, hot tub. It will also be where a portion of those that shared with us last year that given the option they would stay as a group in the house.

We rented this 6bdrm, 7-bathroom house for the remaining people that shared with us last year that given the option they would stay as a group in a house. We strategically picked this house because it has the necessary space and is two-three houses down from the beach house on 18 Armada Street.
House Or Rental
Both of the houses we rented are within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, so if you are booking on your own, we recommend looking into staying at one of the following areas within the resort to stay within walking distance or a short drive of the rental houses. 1. Mooring Villas, 0.1-0.2 miles 2. Beach Villas, 0.2-0.4 miles (fastest/closest if you walk on the beach) 3. Water Oak Villas / Haul Away, ~0.5 miles 4/5. Queens Grant Villas, ~0.6+ miles 4/5. Fazio Villas, ~0.6+ miles
Hotel
This is our wedding ceremony and reception venue. It is ~0.7-0.8 miles from the rental houses. It is technically the furthest option to stay in proximity to the two rental houses but closest to the actual wedding. We do not have a room block.
Flight
Savannah, GA is ~45-50-minute ride to Hilton Head. Boston to Savannah Direct Flights via Delta or JetBlue Bozeman, MT to Savannah One Stop via Delta or American (no nonstops unfortunately) Tampa, FL or Orlando to Savannah One Stop via all major airlines Fort Lauderdale or Miami, FL to Savannah Direct Flights via American
Flight
No direct flights unless you're #blessed flying private, but there are one-stop options via American Airlines out of Boston and Florida that put you right on the island but likely pricier than flying into Savannah but worth a look if you don't mind a connection!
Travel Note
Driving is always an option if any northerners feel like making a road trip out of it. The drive is ~16+ Hrs. For our Florida friends, the drive from Tampa is ~6.5 - 7hrs and from Delray Beach it is ~7.5-8hrs. Ashville, NC, ~5-5.5hr drive to Hilton Head Other Major Airports: - Charleston, SC, ~2-2.5hr drive to Hilton Head - Jacksonville, FL, ~3hr drive to Hilton Head

We will let you know! We will also assign the rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and if anyone has to share a room, we will reach out to confirm you are okay with it prior to confirming anything.
If you shared that staying in the house as a group is your preference and are having second thoughts that is okay, however, please let us know ASAP. If you shared that booking your own space is your preference but are now thinking you'd like to stay in the house, we have less flexibility with changing this. However, still reach out and if someone staying in the house changes their mind then we will let you know!
Yes, the ceremony will be on the beach using the private beach access offered at The Omni's Ocean Deck & Breeze Bar, which is also where we will have cocktail hour and a dinner reception. If you drive yourself, the North Parking lot will be the best place to park and then walk towards the beach and follow signs to the Ocean Deck & Breeze Bar, or if you don't see that, then signs to the Adult pool, they are next to each other.
Yes. We will all have to leave the Ocean Deck area at 10pm per South Carolina law, but we will have transportation ready to take us back to the 18 Armada Beach house rental to continue celebrating, THIS IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL! Irish exits encouraged. If you need transportation to a different location, please reach out to Charlotte and we will be more than happy to figure out the best plan to get you and everyone home safely!
The Ocean Deck & Breeze bar is the venue for our reception and gives access to the beach for our ceremony. It is part of the Omni Resort, which is within the Palmetto Dunes resort and 0.5 miles from our rental houses. It is on the beach and on the Northern side of the Omni Hotel. If driving yourself, please take the Hotel lobby entrance and drive to the Northern lot all the way up to the beach. Follow signs to the Ocean Deck or Breeze Bar, or Adult Pool and you will find us!
We will provide transportation to and from the wedding ceremony. Pick up and drop off locations are TBD. Likely the two rental houses, but once we have the information of where the rest of the guests are staying, we will adjust as needed!
Totally up to you! We will provide transportation to and from the wedding. — We will plan to carpool for the group golf outing via rental cars that we know we have and ride shares. — For pickleball and the beach we can walk. **Palmetto dunes does have a free shuttle to take you anywhere on the resort and across the street to shelter cove outdoor shopping area! If you want to explore the island we would recommend renting a car, however, the island does have Uber, Lyft, scheduled taxi services, etc. When we visited, Hilton Head did appear to be more of a driving island vs. biking end to end. The Palmetto Dunes resort itself is laid out over a 3 mile area and there are plenty of places to bike within the resort and other areas on the island like Seapines/Harbor Town would be great to bike around, it is just when it comes to going out of the main roads, we did not see many bike paths.
Yes! We would love a group photo on the beach and then will make sure you know if you are needed for more than just that photo! We will print out the order w/ estimated timing of the photos, so you can see when you are needed too.

Yes, kids are welcome! We will include them on the invitation to make a meal selection for those eating solid foods :) No pressure to bring your kids, if you prefer the night off that works too, just please keep us in the loop.
