3:45 pm - 10:00 pm
Wear Black
Please show up promptly, as the ceremony will start at 4. Allow yourself time to park.
YES! Our request is that everybody dresses in black! Please and thank you :)
Yes we are! Our registry is here through Zola, and is linked below on our website if you scroll down. Most of our registry is different funds for starting our lives, as we've lived together for four years and don't need much else. Click the registry link and it will explain further. We appreciate your attendance alone, and choosing to contribute is an added bonus to your presence!
We need a full headcount by September 1st.
Please do not. There are fines from the venue we would incur, but we will have a bar for you to enjoy a drink...or five.
Young kids are highly discouraged. Unfortunately, our venue has a cap on how many people we can invite and both of our large families are pushing that cap. Please reach out to Oakley with further questions.
Unless you're married or we've approved your plus one, no. Specification will be on your invite.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM so allow yourself time to park and be seated, I suggest you aim for 3:45. Unfortunately, if you're late, the gates to the ceremony will close and you willl have to join us at the cocktail party.
Yes, parking is at the venue with minimal walking and a pull through awning to drop guests off at the door!
I will pass the message to the caterer and let you know your options!
Please enter the first and last name of one member of your party below.
If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group on the next page.

Small food hall in the center of Downtown Lakeland. Downtown Lakeland is a treasure, quaint, and easy to lose yourself in the charm. Lakeland is about 20 minutes from our venue, and it's where we recommend you stay and spend time.
Our venue is located in the smallest of main streets, right in the middle of the state. Cute microbreweries and pizzerias, some good BBQ around, and plenty of wildlife in any of the nearby lakes.
Bonnet Springs is great for everyone. It's a LOT of walking, but this was our original venue for the wedding and for good reason. We took a trip here to walk the canopy walk and found so much more....a butterfly house, a hydroponic garden, small moving creeks and boathouses. Great for kids, slides built in to the sides of hills, a Children's museum on site, a snack bar, and some water to splash around in. Beautiful in October and great if you just want a breath of fresh air.
Ybor City is known mostly for its debauchery, which is why we had our first date here. A little further from Winter Haven, but great nightlife and a deep history. If you make a day of it, head over to Sparkmans Wharf, an outdoor food court on the water near the cruise ships. Bars, food stands, stores, and restaurants.
Fifteen minutes from the venue and a better alternative to Disney.
