What is the wedding day timeline?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held at Parsonage Barn at 4:30 pm please arrive about 15 minutes early for parking and seating purposes. Wedding pictures will be taken directly after with the bride, groom, their families and wedding party. The reception will begin at 7:00 pm at Ria Mar Restaurant & Bar and will end at 11:00 pm.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm and will typically run for about 30-45 minutes. Once the ceremony ends, please take the time to freshen up and meet us at the reception at 7:00 pm! Please note that the commute from Parsonage Barn to Ria Mar is about 30 minutes.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is no parking lot located at the ceremony venue. Vehicles may park on SYMMES COURT, Located to the north of the park across Cranbury Neck Road, or in the parking lot for Heritage Park. There is a parking lot however at our reception venue!

Can I bring my kids?

Although we love your children this is an ADULT- ONLY AFFAIR. Think of it as a date night 😉

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

Due to our wedding being a small and intimate gathering, we ask that only those named are limited to ONE additional guest. Please remember to RSVP for both parties if not you and your guest will not be accounted for. Thank you for your understanding!

What type of food and drink will be served during the reception?

Answer

Ria Mar Restaurant & Bar serves amazing Portuguese traditional cuisines with a modern twist! There will be appetizers with your choice of entree and also dessert! The entrees vary from chicken, steak, pork, and seafood. And the drink selection is beer, wine, soda, and their FAMOUS sangria!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know ahead of time as well as your server upon taking orders!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

February 2nd. And no need! Please just scan the QR code located on the RSVP card sent with the wedding invitation. It will take you directly to the RSVP section and you will be able to enter your name and you are RSVP’d! It is also located on our wedding website under the RSVP section.

Should we bring gifts, or send them ahead of time?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to: 995 Newtown Richboro Rd. Newtown, PA 18940 A wedding card box will be at our reception.
