Our international wedding requires a book passport. Unfortunately, the passport card is not enough. **Please be mindful of processing times, so start the renewal or application process soon!** ~~ Para nuestra boda internacional es necesario tener la libreta de pasaporte. Lamentablemente, la tarjeta de pasaporte no es suficiente. **Es importante tomar en cuenta los tiempos de procesamiento, así que comience el proceso de renovación o solicitud lo antes posible.**

Important: Mexico Entry Requirements for U.S. Citizens
American citizens must have a few essential documents to travel to Mexico. These include: -US passport (must not expire for at least 6 months after the date of arrival) -Forma Migratoria Multiple (FMM) for land travel (mandatory if you plan to travel more than 20 km into Mexican territory and stay more than 72 hours) **MUST BE STAMPED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO FLIGHT DEPARTURE AT THE BORDER OR AT THE AIRPORT AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE FOR A STAY THAT EXCEEDS 6 DAYS** Note: Upon return, you're required to present the FMM and passport at the border or airport before heading back to the U.S. ~~ Los ciudadanos estadounidenses deben tener algunos documentos esenciales para viajar a México. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Because the wedding will take place outdoors, the official dress code is semi-formal.
