We were on our annual after Christmas vacation in one of our favorite places, Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire. After our first day of getting acclimated to the area, we came back to our Airbnb, lakefront on Sunrise Lake. Tyler was begging Nicole to go ice skating with him before the sun set. Nicole reluctantly went even though it was about 15 degrees outside. Tyler made sure Nicole had one of her skates on before he "forgot" his hockey stick in the truck. As Nicole was waiting for him, freezing on a lake not knowing how to ice skate, Tyler was quickly setting up a shadow box surrounded by candles inside. The shadow box contained pictures of the beloved Winnie The Pooh that Nicole grew up loving, and having as her childhood bear. Before the trip, Tyler also spent hours online looking for the original Winnie The Pooh that Nicole grew up with. He had the shadow box filled with pictures, candles lit, and the $100 mint conditioned, Winnie The Pooh that Nicole had from her childhood, eagerly waiting for her. Tyler then went back outside with the diamond ring in his jacket pocket. Not even 5 minutes after getting both skates on, Nicole couldn't feel her fingers and said "I'm going in, you can skate around, and I'll watch you from inside". Tyler, freaking out internally, calmly said "you know what you're right, it's freezing out here, I'll come in with you". They made there way in through the back door, once inside it took Nicole a second to notice the candles, and shadow box set up. Of course she wasn't wearing her glasses, and started walking up closer to see what it was, in a shocked state she picked up her beloved bear in mint condition. At the same time, Tyler followed behind Nicole, and was already on one knee, waiting for Nicole to turn around. When Nicole turned around to see Tyler proposing, she was at a loss for words, fell to her knees, started crying, and of course said yes. We spent the rest of our vacation on cloud nine. We can't wait to celebrate with each and everyone of you. May 2nd, 2024 can't come soon enough. Cloud Nine part 2

Our wedding will be a strictly UNPLUGGED CEREMONY. We have a great team of professional photographers, and videogrophers, that will capture all of the special moments during our ceremony. We would love for all of our guests to be fully present with us during this time. We feel strongly about this decision, and ask our guests to refrain from using their cellphone/camera until after our ceremony. We can't wait until we can share our professional images with everyone!
