How do I get from the airport to the cruise ship and back to the airport at the end?

Answer

From airport to hotel, Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area. Transfers from the cruise port to Miami International Airport (MIA) are available for $27.50 per person. You can add this option during booking with Stacy.

When should I arrive in Miami?

We recommend flying in at least one day before the cruise (June 6) to avoid any travel delays and ensure you're on time for boarding. The cruise will not wait if anyone is late for any reason.

Is there a hotel room block in Miami the night before the cruise?

Not yet, but we're actively looking into it! Please keep an eye out for updates in the next month—we’ll share details here as soon as something is confirmed.

How early should I put down a deposit?

Answer

While the full payment isn’t due until February 7, 2026, rooms will not be held or guaranteed without a deposit. We recommend placing your deposit as early as possible to secure your preferred cabin.

What time do we have to board the ship?

Guests must be onboard no later than 2:00 PM on June 7, 2026, as the ship departs at 4:00 PM.

Can I bring friends or family who aren’t part of the wedding group?

They are absolutely welcome to join the cruise! However, space at the onshore ceremony & reception is limited. Please contact Nicole via text at 513-620-2806 to check availability.

Yes, limited Wi-Fi is included in the group perks. Additional packages can be purchased directly from Norwegian.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel before February 7, 2026, you’ll receive a full refund. After that, cancellation fees will apply depending on how close to sailing you cancel.
