CHAPTER I: THE FIRST CONVERSATION Their first conversation was a back and forth volley of quick witted humor where Brian claimed to have glowing relationship reviews and Nicole demanded they be notarized and on her desk within 3 business days. CHAPTER II: THE FIRST DATE In spite of the fact that Nicole arrived late in scrubs straight from work and chose a run of the mill sushi restaurant with a 1 hour wait (not knowing Brian's dad worked at an authentic sushi place), they hit it off and ended up talking until 2AM. They scheduled and went on dates one after another until they realized they never wanted the dates to end and made their relationship official. CHAPTER III: THE FIRST "I LOVE YOU" After months of close calls and slips, Brian planned a Valentine's Day "Getaway" where they went on hikes, made KBBQ and smores, ruined a perfectly good cast iron skillet, and said their first I Love You's. CHAPTER IV: THE FIRST FAMILY GATHERING Brian and Nicole met each others families separately but long dreamt of a future where everyone from both sides could gather altogether for the holidays. They conspired and booked a joint cruise where Brian's parents, along with Angela and Nicole's parents and grandparents would meet each other for the first time. It was a big success, and as the group was conversing and walking off a big buffet meal together, Brian caught Nicole's eye and triumphantly whispered "Thanksgiving!" MARCH 29TH, 2025 THE FIRST DAY OF FOREVER Nicole and Brian invite you to join them in celebrating their next chapter as newlyweds surrounded by family and friends.

HOW WE MET When Nicole was born, their parents told Angela they had gotten her a new doll. Little did they know Angela was very protective of her things, from pushing Nicole's bullies off their tricycle to thoroughly vetting the groom before granting her approval. FAVORITE MOMENTS Late night conversations, food, and nostalgia trips together. FUN FACT Nicole and Angela are 1 year apart but they still share some sort of twin telepathy. One of Nicole's favorite pastimes is starting and leaving a ridiculous pun unfinished, knowing Angela will subconsciously complete and inflict the _ _ _ _ _ line upon herself.

HOW WE MET An old friend connected Lan and Nicole, noticing they were freshman at the same university and the rest is history. Lan and Nicole were President and Vice President of the Pre-Pharmacy Association and interviewed, were accepted, and kept each other sane through pharmacy school! FAVORITE MOMENTS Late night studying in good company and celebrating the end of exams at the best food and boba spots. FUN FACT Lan is loved by all and bridesmaid to many (see picture). She has agreed to be Nicole's bridesmaid despite the lack of foreseeable goats in this wedding.

HOW WE MET Nicole tagged along to visit Angela's friend and was not at all expecting to meet Hanh or her impressive cosplay collection. Fast forward and next thing Nicole knew she was attempting to watch 2 seasons of "Love Live!" in time for Hanh's group cosplay! FAVORITE MOMENTS Nicole's unforgettable first anime convention - spending an entire day in cosplay taking photos with superfans and explaining that she simply couldn't choose a favorite character! (On an unrelated note: Nicole was unsuccessful in binging the show.) Also, all the board game and hot pot nights together. FUN FACT Asides from cosplay, Hanh's creativity has extended into DIYing many of the flower arrangements and bouquet's that will be in the wedding!

HOW WE MET Nicole was a Resident Assistant (RA) in college who thought her boss was joking about hiring a freshman who showed up in pajamas yet somehow aced the interview. Enter Mandy. Over shared meetings, late nights on call, and crazy RA experiences they learned they also shared a love of Ghibli movies, boba tea, and board games that continues despite living in different cities. FAVORITE MOMENTS Nicole is uncredited with sparking Mandy's love of board games. However, it has not escaped her notice that shortly after their first game session, Mandy bought her own copy of the same game. Also, Mandy consistently beats Nicole at multiple games including Catan and Splendor, and you don't get that good without practice. FUN FACT Mandy has maintained her sense of humor and shared love of board games, gifting Nicole several editions of the game "Pandemic" during COVID which she couldn't really play as everyone was in quarantine.

HOW WE MET Brian, Greg, and their childhood friend Tyler met in 1st grade and were inseparable. After 26 years of friendship, Brian and Greg have always been in each other's corners and have shared a lifetime of laughs and memories. FAVORITE MOMENTS Childhood sleepovers which featured them laughing non-stop at a dancing flower animatronic, Greg continually winning at chess, and yelling at their Pokémon games out of frustration. FUN FACT Greg and Brian revert back to kids whenever they are with each other.

HOW WE MET Brian and Jason met in college but didn't realize how much they had in common until they reconnected during Phil’s wedding in 2022. Since then, they have been going on double dates with their partners third and fourth wheeling. FAVORITE MOMENTS Spontaneous dinner plans and celebrating Jason’s birthday with karaoke. FUN FACT As newlyweds themselves, Jason and his wife, Shannon, have been tremendously helpful in the wedding planning process.

HOW WE MET Phil sat at Brian's lunch table to befriend the awkward high school freshman. Brian noticed and was instantly inspired by Phil’s charisma and authenticity. FAVORITE MOMENTS Riding home on the school bus together and discovering they lived in the same neighborhood so they could walk over whenever they wanted to hang out. FUN FACT Brian thought Phil was Phil Wong from Wong Fu Productions when they first met.

HOW WE MET Brian and Alex met at Ddong Ggo for Christina’s (Brian’s sister) dinner party. From hyping each other up and celebrating a fake birthday for free drinks, there was an instant connection. FAVORITE MOMENTS Brian and Alex had an unscripted movie moment where Alex leapt, and Brian caught and spun him around without hesitation. Brian has been trying to convince Nicole to do the same ever since. FUN FACT Alex and Brian bonded over the struggles of having the same useless degree.
