FAQs

Question

We are planning to drive down, will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Our preferred choice of hotel, the Palm Gardens hotel, provides free overnight parking. And the venue for our ceremony and reception both have free ample public parking.

Question

We will be flying in, where should we fly into?

Answer

1. **Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR)** – **~30 miles** - A mid-sized airport with domestic flights (Southwest, Alaska, Delta, etc.). - Convenient for shorter trips within the U.S. 2. **Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)** – **~45 miles** - One of the busiest airports in the world, offering extensive domestic & international flights. 3. **Ontario International Airport (ONT)** – **~70 miles** - A growing alternative to LAX with domestic and some international flights (mainly to Mexico).

Question

Your wedding is in August, what will the weather be like?

Answer

While we cannot predict the weather down to the day, we do expect it to be very warm during the day reaching into the mid 80’s to 90’s and the perfect temperature in the evening. We would recommend that women bring a light cardigan for the evening.

Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

While we adore children, we kindly request that this celebration remain an adults-only occasion. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Question

What time will the wedding be over?

Answer

If you are familiar with The Theriault family, then you know not to ask that question. For everyone else the wedding will go on all night!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire (American or Indian). If you're new to Indian wedding fashion or looking for inspiration, we've included a helpful guide below! https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-indian-wedding Footwear Tip for Women: Since our reception will take place on a sport court and grassy area, we recommend wearing block heels, wedges, or stylish flats to keep you comfortable and dancing all night!

Question

Are there any colors we shouldn't wear?

Answer

In Indian wedding the bride customarily wears red. We kindly ask that you wear any colors outside of red as the bride will be wearing a red hue.
