Our story started in the most unexpected way—with a simple Facebook search. I was actually trying to look up someone else, but instead, I stumbled across Nick. I remember thinking it was strange that we weren’t already friends, so I went ahead and sent him a request. Not long after he accepted, he messaged me, “Hey, do I know you?” That one simple question turned into a conversation that led to our very first date—ice cream at Kline’s. From that moment on, everything just felt easy and right. Fast forward to one of the most special days of our lives—our engagement. Nick proposed at my favorite place in the world, surrounded by my family, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. It happened at The Island, right under the Christmas ornament where we’ve taken photos together every year. It was such a meaningful and perfect moment, and truly the best day. From a Facebook mix-up to a lifetime together, we’re so grateful for every step of this journey and can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you.
