What should I do if the hotel link is not allowing me to book a room?

Please directly email Jana Regas, the director of sales of the hotel, at JRegas@shanercorp.com. State in the email that you are with the Brockner- Cavanaugh party. You could also call the hotel and ask to speak with her directly to be transferred to her direct line.

This is a kid free wedding and we kindly request no one bring any children to the ceremony or reception.

Are there other hotel recommendations close by?
Answer
There is a hotel block under the Brockner- Cavanaugh party at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. If you would like to stay elsewhere, there is also a Hampton Inn and the Strawberry House B&B in Plant City, Fl. 10 miles from the venue is the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa.

10pm is the wedding end time, ending with a sparkler send off for the newly weds.

The wedding venue is outside. The weather in this area of Florida in January is around 65 degrees. That is an estimate and can definitely change so be sure to check the local weather before your departure. Semi-formal wear is preferred.
