Grace has been a recurring theme for me and Neo. First in our salvation and now our union. God saved Neo and me so that in the right time we would meet in our church (The Anchor Bible Church) and soon be ready to say I do. He always tells me he fell in love at first testimony. (Yes, I re-worded love at first site haha). The day I was baptized I gave a testimony of God’s redeeming grace. This is the day Neo took great notice of me. From there on he sought to pursue a relationship with me and it has grown so much! Now you could say I fell in love at first letter (Yes I am again re-wording love at first sight). On April 28th I got a letter from Mr.Marcus. He said “it’s a letter from Neo.” It had my name beautifully written on it and when I opened the letter i saw that it was written using a typewriter. That letter led to 8 months of getting to know the most gentle, shepherding, and Christ-centered soul. God has been so kind to give us this time to get to know each other but also the making and meaning of marriage which always points back to God and His love for the church. Then, on October 26th Neo Peralta asked me to marry him. We write all of this to tell nothing less of Gods grace to us, and we are so joyful to see this grace carry on throughout our marriage.
