Our story starts when Hannah, a native of the Chicago suburbs moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana for her job in the Allen Superior Court. Wanting to meet new people, Hannah volunteered to sub on Nate's sand volleyball team while Nate's sister Marissa was on vacation. Hannah's athleticism, teamwork, and skills on the Court impressed Nate, but he didn't ask Hannah out because he thought Hannah was married (she was wearing a right hand ring). After being asked to sub on the team again, Nate took his chance and asked Hannah on a date to Whiskey Wednesday at a local Fort Wayne restaurant, Copper Spoon. Hannah agreed and quickly noticed how easily kind, fun, supportive, and dedicated Nate is. Nate loves that Hannah is smart, sassy, and loving.
