Europa Village is located Temecula, CA. It can be reached by flying in to SAN (San Diego Airport) and it's an estimated 1 hour drive to the winery. This airport is a great option if you plan on staying around for the weekend or party some more in San Diego! ;-)

THE INN at Europa Village
This is one of the two available onsite hotel stay at our wedding venue. Parking is free, 1bd suites with a balcony, faces the vineyard, more spacious overall, but is a slight walk to the ceremony/reception area. Note: If you plan to stay here please book asap as there are limited rooms available!

Bolero Casitas at Europa Village
This is the other onsite hotel stay at the wedding venue. Free parking, 1bd suites, slightly smaller, and offers a cute private courtyard. This hotel is closer to the ceremony/reception (just downstairs), closer to parking lot, and winery entrance. Note: If you plan to stay here please book asap as there are limited rooms available!

Question
0. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony starts at 5pm, so please arrive by 4:30 - 4:45pm to get seated and situated before Nate and I make our grand entrance ;-)

1. Will the ceremony or reception be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors at the Vienza Garden at 5pm. The reception will take place indoors in the Vienza Grand Ball until 11pm.

2. Will there be parking at wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! Parking is free and is located to adjacent to the Bolero Casitas hotel. There should be plenty of parking spaces for people who are planning to drive.

3. What will the the weather be like?
Answer
During the ceremony, it will be most likely warm! (predicted high 80s/low 70s). So please bring sunglasses as needed! Cocktail hour and the bar will be located outside, a few steps away from the ceremony. Reception will be indoors but feel free to step outside to the beautiful patio!

4. Will there be alcohol provided?
Answer
Yes! It's open bar for cocktail hour and reception :-) There will be wine, beer, soft drinks, sparkling wine, cocktails. Note: HOWEVER, they cannot serve HARD LIQUOR SHOTS. It will have to be mixed in with a juice,soda,etc.

5. What if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer
We will be having a buffet style dinner, so that everyone will be able to compile a meal that they like and prefer. If you have any specific concerns or allergies, please let us know and we can let our caterer know.

6. Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal. Our wedding theme is “garden party” so please feel free to match that theme! But do refrain from wearing full pink, as that color will be our bridesmaids colors!

8. Can I bring alcohol to the venue?
Answer
Our contract says we are not allowed to bring alcohol to the property. But if you wish to pregame, please be discreet as possible! We don't want to get in trouble!

9. Can I come early to the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! The winery is open to the public until 5pm. Please feel free to explore the winery, take pictures, and walk around with a glass of wine! They have a cute onsite italian market, restaurants, aperol spritz station, gelato cart, and more!

10. What if I can't make it anymore?
Answer
We will be crushed! But we understand that things come up! Please let us know as soon as you can so we can make adjustments :-(
