Our Ceremony

The ceremony will start at 4:30PM and will take place outside in the back of Aurora Meadows.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
50 Trails End, Aurora, OH 44202
After the ceremony, there will be a few light bites and drinks on the back patio to get the night started while the wedding party takes pictures.
Reception
6:00 pm - 11:45 pm

We will be serving a family style meal, please reach out to us with any allergies. Help yourself to the open bar, cheers!

The Bertram Inn Hotel & Conference Center
(330) 995 0200 Please mention "Cobourn-Liberman Wedding" when booking for a discounted rate. There will be a continuous round trip shuttle service from The Bertram to Aurora Meadows. It will begin at 3:45 PM at the Bertram, last pick up will be at 4:10 PM. Pickups from Aurora Meadows after the reception will begin around 11:00 PM, ending a little after midnight.

What is the dress code?

Formal cocktail attire. We would love to see our family and friends all dressed up!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited venue space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your initiation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Where does the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception are going to be held at Aurora Meadows. The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside in the back (weather permitting) and the reception will take place inside.

There is free parking at the venue. You can leave your car overnight at the venue, if needed.

Are children invited?

Children are more than welcome to come to the ceremony; however, cocktail hour and reception are an adult-only event. Whoever RSVPs on your invite, is who will have a seat at reception. Thank you for understanding!

You can RSVP on our Zola website or return your filled out invitation. Please RSVP by April 26th.
