Cocktail attire requested. All events will be outdoors so please dress accordingly! We are highly encouraging flat shoes due to the natural elements of the park.
9:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved for anyone interested. Mention you are with the Williams-Yu Wedding when booking to get the group rate. The cut off date to reserve a room is March 13th! This is a very walkable and fun neighborhood close to tons of great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and nightlife. We will host the after party in this neighborhood as well. You are welcome to stay wherever you want! If you have another place in mind and have any questions about the area, let us know.
Please arrive by 3:45 at the latest to ensure you have enough time to find parking and find your seat for a 4:00pm ceremony start! The bar will be open, so you can grab a drink before the ceremony.
We're doing things a bit non traditional in hopes to keep the day as relaxed as possible! After the ceremony, there is no structured timeline for cocktail hour or dinner. We will have a taco truck on site for dinner and of course, an open bar! We are skipping the usual DJ and dancing and saving that for the after party! We'll wrap things up around 8pm.
Parking is extremely limited (there are only 25 spots) and first come first serve to the public. It's a busy area! If the parking lot is full, there is also street parking available outside the park grounds. Ubers and Lyfts are easily accessible and plentiful in this area, as well as to and from the hotel block (recommended!)
Dress to celebrate! We’re going for garden party cocktail attire — florals, bright colors, and fun, festive outfits encouraged. The park has natural terrain and a stone patio, so stilettos may not be ideal, but dress to your comfort level! Cowboy boots welcomed (it's Texas y'all).
This will be an adults only celebration! Any invited children or plus ones will be noted on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Please enter the first and last name of one member of your party below.
If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group on the next page.
