Our Story

We met on the courts at the Fort Walton Beach Tennis Center when we were 13 and remained friends and teammates until going off to college. Fast forward to 2013 we reconnected, again on the courts, and soon began dating thereafter. Since then, we completed our undergraduate studies, graduate school, a cross country move for law school, and raised two amazing fur babies. Though it has not always been easy - there have been times that tested us both however, we always pushed through together. In a sentence, the things that have brought us together is one another’s drive, passion, and love for the little things in life. After 11 years together, Howard proposed during an early morning beach walk! A few weeks later, we got married at the Okaloosa County Courthouse surrounded by family. Now, we are planning a trip with family and friends to Ireland for a ceremony at the Standing Stones on the summer solstice. We can’t wait to continue this next chapter of our lives, growing together while being surrounded by loved ones!

Garden Party Cocktail: Wear semi-formal attire in light fabrics, colors, florals, and suits in lighter hues. Be mindful that it will most likely be windy. Since we are in Ireland, always be prepared for a little rain.

Spend the morning having breakfast, relaxing, and getting ready. At 12:30 pm, we have chartered a ferry courtesy of Cape Clear Ferries that will take us on a sight seeing tour and to Cape Clear. Once on Cape Clear, we will make our way up to the Standing Stones via local taxi for the ceremony. The ceremony will begin around 2:00pm and will last about 30 minutes. After the ceremony, we will take photos and make our way to the harbor and relax at Cotter’s Pub for a celebratory pint.
