4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
All guests are welcome! For the sunset cruise the night before, suggested attire is casual cocktail. We also recommend packing a light jacket, as it can get breezy on the water.
Please arrive by 4:30 p.m. to ensure an on-time departure. There will be an open bar with light appetizers. If you’re prone to motion sickness, you may want to bring your preferred motion‑sickness remedy (such as Dramamine or similar).
4:30 pm - 4:45 pm
Attire
We have arranged a trolley for group transportation to the ceremony at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, departing promptly at 4:45 p.m. from La Concha Hotel. All guests must use the required transportation to get to the ceremony and to the reception. You’re welcome to arrive to La Concha earlier and enjoy a beverage at their gorgeous lobby bar. Wedding Attire: Tropical Cocktail.
5:15 pm - 5:45 pm
The ceremony will be on the beach, so you may wish to bring or wear shoes that are comfortable on sand (or you can take your shoes off too). A light jacket or shawl is recommended since it might be breezy by the water. The trolleys will pick up all guests immediately following the ceremony to take you to the reception at The Hemmingway House.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
About The Hemingway House
The Ernest Hemingway House was the residence of American writer Ernest Hemingway in the 1930s. During his time at the home, Hemingway wrote some of his best-received works. On November 24, 1968, it was designated a National Historic Landmark. The house is also famous for its large population of so-called Hemingway cats, many of which are polydactyl. These cats roam freely on the property and are protected as an animal sanctuary. The bride and groom recommend coming by the house during the day to go on a tour.
10:00 pm - 11:45 pm
For those wanting to continue the party, we will walk a few minutes over to Kaya Island Eats after the reception. There will be a space reserved for our party and alcohol available for purchase to keep the party going!

Travel Note
Key West includes multiple islands with different names. It is important to make sure you are staying on the island of Key West. If you stay on any island further north, you may risk traffic complications or being stuck as there is one road connecting The Keys.
Travel Note
Getting around Key West is super easy! Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful and anywhere you want to go on the island takes no more than 15 minutes. There is also a central trolley called 'Old Town Trolley' where you can hop on and hop off throughout the day. The city is very walkable and with bikes to rent if you want to explore Key West that way too.
Yes, this is our reception spot! However, if you love history, architecture, or cats, this is a must stop to go on a proper tour during the day. You just walk up to the museum and buy tickets at the gate. The museum is open from 9am to 5pm.
The best breakfast and brunch spot! Must try their banana pancakes or their Banana Bread Foster dessert. Go early if you can, you won't have as long as a wait to get in!
A must stop for the best coffee and breakfast! We recommend getting there early to grab a formal seat or they have a grab/go coffee and pastry counter too. It's located right next to The Hemmingway House so stop here then go walk to take a tour of The Hemmingway House.
Another one of our favorite breakfast spots! No reservations for breakfast, walk in only. They have a cute patio and love to give you a hefty pour on your mimosa.
The bride and groom's fav spot in Key West for tropical Tiki drinks and good music! Brett and Natalie will likely bop here on Friday night after the sunset cruise if you want to join!
Great spot for a pastry, coffee or a refreshing spritz!

Snag a reservation ahead of time, it's worth it! This spot is one of our favorites for the best tapas and Sangria!
A great spot for brunch or dinner overlooking Duval street!
Featured on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives! Great casual lunch spot. We love their Yum Yum shrimp tacos and burgers here!
A Key West tradition and icon! A very casual bar with the best mojitos, beers, and pina coladas. Open late too for all the late night fun!
