We're getting married!

Some love stories begin with a spark. Ours began with a childhood memory… Long before August 2016, Ronaldo and Naomi already knew of each other, thanks to Ronaldo’s sister, Esmeralda. As young girls, Naomi and Esmeralda would often spend their weekends playing outside with other neighborhood friends. Though Naomi lived in another part of town, she was often found in Esmeralda’s street, laughing and running through the same sidewalks Ronaldo called home. Back then, Naomi remembered Ronaldo only as Esmeralda’s annoying older brother. Always out with a football, always teasing, always interrupting their games. Life went on, and as the years passed, they drifted into separate paths, unaware that fate had plans to bring them back together. Fast forward to August 2016. A regular day at the gym turned into something new. After all those years, they recognized each other instantly. “Where do you live now?” Ronaldo asked, surprised to learn that Naomi had been living just five minutes away all this time. That one conversation turned into many. They reminisced about the past, shared the lives they had lived since, their dreams, values, hobbies, and hopes. The connection was effortless, like no time had passed at all. From walks in the nature around the city to deep conversations and endless laughter, their bond grew stronger with each passing day. Then came the evening of December 12, 2016. Ronaldo asked Naomi the question that would mark a new beginning: “Will you be my girlfriend?” She said yes, and a new chapter began. Years later, on August 1, 2022, during a lovely vacation in Nice, France, beneath the stars, Ronaldo asked Naomi another question, one that would change their lives forever. He got down on one knee and proposed. And once again, she said yes! It was a night they will never forget. And now, here we are, with a lifetime to go and an eternity to grow. This is just the beginning!
