How We Met / Proposal Story
It started with a simple text message from Kelvin after my uncle Chris and wife introduced us. At the time I was away in nursing school. After more text messages we had our first call, we connected right on that call and one month later he officially asked me out. The first time we saw each other it felt like we had known each other forever, thou it was a long distance relationship, as he was in California. Four months later, he invited me back to come attend his birthday party and another dinner party a day before the birthday to welcome me back and officially introduce me to his family and friend, little did I know that I was coming back to attend my proposal, everyone attending knew except me, he had planned a whole proposal with all of my family members and his friends and I did not get the slightest hint. Imagine my surprise when the love of my life went down on one knees mid dinner, it was the most magical moment of my life and of course I said YES to forever with him.

I was very nervous starting nursing school but sis got me through that We had so many study sessions and she was very helpful. The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Or Nigerian traditional attire.

Our wedding will be indoors, both the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for an hour. Guest can head straight for cocktail hour and more pictures with our beautiful backdrop. Guests can head straight to the reception.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We have a strict guest list and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
