I have requested to allow the hotel to let my guests check in at 11am in case some travelers arrive on the wedding day and would like to rest and freshen up before shuttle arrives at 1:15pm.
We suggest being ready at the hotel lobby by 1:10pm on Saturday. Shuttle will arrive a little earlier than the time scheduled so that the shuttle may leave at 1:20pm sharp. Concierge will let everyone know when shuttle arrives and it will also be pretty visible and identifiable.
You are welcome to leave earlier or later but will have to arrange your own transportation. We will be happy to assist you.
There is a city ordinance that permits Quince to remain open until 1 a.m. and yes, it could be possible that we may be there until closing.
The hotel has a 3 pm policy for check-in. However, you may leave your suitcase there and enjoy getting to know downtown. Go to the suggested places to visit and click on the website.
No. Since we begin our day at 2:00 pm, we won’t be holding an after party.
As soon as possible. Having a head count really makes it easier to plan for the whole event since we have to report to the kitchen, arrange sitting places etc.
Yes. The shuttle company we hired is a professional company with a licensed chauffeur and many years in the business. I have a tracking app that I can communicate with the chauffeur and see the shuttle’s location at all times. Water and wine will be offered. Shuttle has many amenities including TV’s in each seat, leather seats and AC.
No, you do not need to change, nor do I think you will have time. We recommend women carry a light sweater or shawl to keep warm inside the church since it’s usually in the low 70’s. Plus, it may get windy and cooler at night.
It is recommended especially for Mass and professional pictures, but not required. Maybe at the reception, if you are feeling uncomfortable or hot, you may choose to take off your tie. Michael and I are very relaxed and want you to feel comfortable and at home.
Absolutely not. You do not need to bring your own drinks. We are offering an open bar with many selections. Please drink responsibly especially if driving back home.
Any dress that you feel comfortable and happy in that will allow you to dance and have fun. Be mindful of carrying maybe a light sweater or cover up just in case wind picks up at night. The venue is surrounded with open windows and it could get chilly between the outdoor wind and the AC.
Yes. The restaurant will be open for anyone, and it does get pretty busy on the weekends. However, there is a private area on the second floor that has its own bar and bathrooms , so there really won’t be a need to be visiting downstairs.
We hope at least 70 friends and family will attend. We are aware that many live out of town, so we are crossing our fingers it all works out for most. Thank you for your efforts in wanting to attend and accompany us.
Absolutely not. You may choose any hotel. We just recommend that you let us know and be on time at the Hampton Inn if you want to use the shuttle service.
