We met during our Sophomore year of college in 2017 because two mutual friends thought we might be good together. They were right. Our connection was instant, and we quickly fell in love and started a long distance relationship. Our early days were spent laughing together and learning all we could about each other while driving back and forth from Toledo to Tiffin to be together. When we both graduated undergrad in 2019, Jake moved back to Toledo and we decided we could no longer stand the distance apart. We moved in together in 2020 and eventually adopted our pets. We have two cats named Vivian and Tulip and one dog named Remy. Our little family became our peace and comfort. We continued to grow up together as we navigated new jobs, endless school, and trips all over the country. When the opportunity to start a new adventure presented itself in 2022, we packed up everything and moved to Maine to make our dreams come true - together! On May 11th, 2024, Jake proposed on the most beautiful day while on a walk with our dog in one of the first places we ever visited before moving to Maine, the Portland Head Light. Now, seven years later, we're getting married! Love is in the air! We can't wait to celebrate our big day with you there.
