You're looking at two Lowe's inventory professionals. Chelsea's perspective: I was first sent to Luke's store in 2020- and he ignored me the entire time. Nevertheless, I thought he was hilarious and I was always happy to see him whenever I was sent on other store inventories. After a few inventories and laughing at all his jokes, I guess he decided I was cool enough to add on Facebook. We were casual friends for a long time, and then one day he asked me on a date! Luke's perspective: I first met Chelsea during inventory at Lowe’s, and that’s about the only good thing that came from those dark days. She took my devotion to accurate work as me ignoring her, which is untrue. Since we were both masters at counting things (I guess?), we met again at several other stores. After a while, I decided she was cool enough to add on Facebook. After getting to know each other some, I figured I had nothing to lose by asking her on a date. As you can probably tell, it went well.
Chelsea's Perspective: We were in Savannah, GA, to celebrate Luke's 30th birthday. I thought that he *might* propose while we were there, so I packed a white dress *just in case*. On our last night in Savannah, we went on a ghost tour pub crawl. I put on my white dress and took extra care with my hair and makeup...again, just in case. The night passed with no engagement. The next morning, we were on our way to breakfast and then traveling home, so I put on leggings and a Motley Crue t-shirt I stole from Luke. I was texting my best friends about how disappointed I was on the way to breakfast when we stopped in a little park. I was telling Luke about how badly I needed coffee and he was all of sudden on one knee! I was so surprised I forgot to say yes for several minutes :) Luke’s perspective: If you’ve ever seen the Adam West Batman movie, when he’s trying to get rid of that bomb, you’ll know how I felt trying to propose. I had planned a spot, and a back up spot, and both fell through. We stopped at a beautiful fountain in the biggest park in Savannah, which was my original plan. Of course, as soon as we got there, some other loser proposed right in front of us. Not wanting to look like I just copied his idea, the next day I suggested we go to Hilton Head, my back up plan being that I would propose at the top of the lighthouse, or maybe on the beach. We ended up deciding not to drive out of our way that day, because the weather forecast wasn’t very good. The next day, we were all over town but I just couldn’t find a spot that really stuck out. On our last morning, I had picked out another square with a fountain, and purposely parked out of our way so we would walk through it. As we walked closer, I saw they had the square taped off and closed to the public because they were cutting down trees. I finally decided I was going to give her the ring at the next decent spot I could find, so the next square over, in front of a huge bush with pink flowers, I finally got down on one knee while she complained about not having coffee. I have no idea how she didn’t notice the ring box in my pocket for 4 days…

Maid of Honor
An amazing human/genius.
Bridesmaid
It's the "living on different continents for most of our friendship and still being my best friend" for me.
Bridesmaid
We've been successful co-parents of a dog for several years now.
Bridesmaid
The best adventure buddy anyone could ask for.
Bridesmaid
A good witch and a better friend.
Best Man
My only brother who married Chelsey, not be confused with my Chelsea. We grew up together, and never really grew apart, which I’m thankful for. Life wouldn’t be the same without him being a text away. A legend, what more needs to be said?
Groomsman
My cousin and one of my closest friends. Years of Call of Duty, fishing, and guzzling Ale 8 have kept us close despite being several states away.
Groomsman
One of my oldest friends. After a brief hiatus (a decade or so) of forgetting each other existed, we picked right back up one day in 2017. We’re just two goobers who love Star Wars and Mario just as much today as we did in elementary school, so we didn’t have to catch up on much.
Groomsman
The GOAT, my brother from another mother. Another friend since elementary school, we’ve been sidekicks for two decades now, and show no signs of slowing down. We’ve been to more concerts, road trips, movies, and sports events than you can shake a stick at.
Groomsman
Despite having only met a few years ago, Cory has become a great friend of mine. Across two companies, we’ve worked side by side for around 4 or so years. An avid enjoyer of fishing, guns, and food, like any true American should be. Technically, he can fire me, so I don’t have anything negative to say about him.
